【作者简介】 Joe CummingsBorn to a travelling military family in New Orleans, Joe was raised in many different locales, including Washington DC, Texas, California and France.Shortly after he graduated college, the Peace Corps granted his request to be posted to Thailand, where he served as an English lecturer at King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology in Bang Mot, Thonburi.In 1980 Joe asked Lonely Planet whether they might be interested in a guidebook to Thailand, and 1981 he researched and wrote the first edition of the Thailand guide.
