作者简介

  郝鲁江,生于1972年,副教授,硕士生导师,山东大学微生物学硕士,中国海洋大学海洋生物学博士,目前任生物工程学院生物技术系主任。“发酵工程”及“食品科学”双方向硕士研究生导师。山东省发酵工程重点学科酶工程方向学术骨干,山东省食品科学重点学科学术带头人。
