作者简介

  韩贵清,1954年5月生,中共党员,大学学历,二级研究员,中共十八大代表。原黑龙江省农业科学院院长兼党组书记、黑龙江现代农业研究院院长、黑龙江省农业委员会副主任;现任黑龙江省人民政府参事、黑龙江省政协教科文卫委员会副主任委员;国际农业教育科学院院士;国际农业经济研究中心主任、英国皇家农业大学教授;中国农业科学院、甘肃农业大学、哈尔滨师范大学、东北农业大学博士研究生导师;农业部第九届科学技术委员会委员;黑龙江省草业科学学科领军人才和黑龙江省农学会理事长;黑龙江省草业协会会长等。先后荣获国家科学技术进步奖二等奖1项、黑龙江省科技进步奖一等奖2项和省长特别奖3项;荣获国务院政府特殊津贴、农业部第三届中华农业英才奖、全国农技推广标兵和黑龙江省**中青年专家等称号。多次在北京大学、中央党校、中国科学院和第三届世界农科院院长高层讨论会做专题演|井、报告;出版多部专*;多次在联合国开发计划署农业技术转移大会、全国农业科技创新大会、全国农业人才工作会议、全国农业教育培训工作会议和省委人才工作会议等会议上进行经验交流和大会发言。
