作者简介

  姜淳,上海交通大学电子信息与电气工程学院电子工程系教授。2005.10-2006.11: 美国麻省理工学院(MIT)电子学研究实验室(RLE)和物理系高级研究学者。从事光电子材料与器件的研究近20年,发表SCI学术论文100余篇, SCI他引500余次;发明专利10余项;2007年获得教育部自然科学一等奖,2009年获得上海自然科学三等奖。
