　　近年来，在中国农业科学院科技创新工程的引领下，研究所的科研水平和社会声誉获得快速提高，与尊重知识和尊重人才密不可分。实践证明，促进人才健康成长，要有良好创新环境的支持，更离不开科研人员和管理人员不断进行思考与探索，通过撰写论文进行思想和理论的升华。目前，我所科研人员和管理人员不但有工作上的热情，更有对工作认识上的高度和对学科理解上的深度。他们在紧张繁忙的实践活动中，笔耕不辍，将自己的研究成果写成论文。这不单是科研人员和管理人员的工作总结、过程记录，更是他们智慧的结晶，最终成为研究所的一笔宝贵财富。为了珍惜这笔财富，加强优秀论文的交流与传播，也为了记录他们的辛勤付出，营造更加浓厚的学术氛围，促进科研水平和管理水平的提升，切实推进研究所的科技创新，科技管理处等部门在成功编印《中国农业科学院兰州畜牧与兽药研究所科技论文集（20122013）》前两卷之后，在深入推进“创新工程”、积极向国家一流研究所迈进的征途中，搜集了2014年研究所科研人员公开发表的论文编印成《中国农业科学院兰州畜牧与兽药研究所科技论文集》第三卷，共157篇。

作者简介

　　杨志强（1957-），中共党员，学士，二级研究员，博士生导师。甘肃省优秀专家，甘肃省第一层次领军人才，中国农业科学院跨世纪学科带头人，甘肃省“555”创新人才，《中兽医医药杂志》主编。兼任中国毒理学兽医毒理学分会会长，中国畜牧兽医学会常务理事，中国兽医协会常务理事，中国畜牧兽医学会动物药品学分会副会长，中国畜牧兽医学会毒物学分会副会长，中国畜牧兽医学会中兽医学分会副会长，中国畜牧兽医学会西北地区中兽医学会理事长，农业部兽药评审委员会委员。长期从事中兽医药学、兽医药理毒理、动物营养代谢与中毒病等研究工作，是该领域内的知名专家，先后主持和参加国家、省、部级科研课题33项，其中主持20项，获奖9项，自主和参与研发新产品8个，获授权专利3项。先后培养硕士研究生20名，培养博士研究生10名。在国内和国际学术刊物上共发表学术论文100余篇，其中主笔发表论文80篇。主编和参与编写《微量元素与动物疾病》等学术专著13部。
