  本书分为7个大章节,分别为:血管内皮功能总论、血管内皮功能检测方法、血管内皮功能检测所提供的信息、血管内皮功能异常导致的疾病发展因素、血管内皮功能提供的临床依据、心血管疾病与血管内皮功能的相关因素、临床中血管内皮功能应用实践。目前心血管疾病已成为人类健康的第一杀手,血管健康与心血管健康息息相关,血管健康正是确保身体健康长寿的关键。本书覆盖了血管健康的基础理论、临床诊断、应用实践等方面,汇集了多个相关领域的医生和学者的智慧,力求提供血管内皮功能的基础知识以及全新的临床知识。

作者简介

  王宏宇,男,汉族,1967年12月出生,山西大同人,医学博士,北京大学教授,心脏和血管医学专业主任医师,博士/硕士生导师。国家重点研发计划“高可信强智能的心脑血管疾病诊疗服务模式解决方案”课题负责人,北京大学首钢医院副院长兼血管医学中心主任,北京大学医学部血管健康研究中心主任,北京大学医学部血管疾病社区防治中心主任,北京大学临床研究所心脏和血管健康研究中心主任,分子心血管学教育部重点实验室特聘教授,北京大学医学部睡眠医学中心和北京大学睡眠研究中心专家委员会委员,北京大学医学部血管医学、北京大学血管探秘课程教研室主任。1997年开始进行血管功能研究,2004年作为国家卫生部十年百项计划“血管病变早期检测技术推广”项目负责人,在国际上率先提出血管病变早期检测系统,组织制订了国际上第一个血管病变早期检测技术应用指南,2010年4月创建了我国第一家血管医学专业临床诊疗中心—北京大学首钢医院血管医学中心,2011年和2019年分别主持我国针对血管健康管理与预后心血管疾病关系的人群队列研究和多中心临床干预研究(BEST,NCT02569268;EndoFIND,NCT04013204)。目前已发表学术文章240余篇,其中SCI收录文章26篇。主编我国第一部血管医学领域专著《血管病学》(北京:人民军医出版社,2006)和《中国血管健康行科普系列丛书》(共8册)(北京:北京大学医学出版社,2011)等著作10余部。主持和负责多项北京市和国家科研项目。获“北京市优秀人才”称号,为北京大学医学部优秀教师、首届北京大学“临床医疗奖”获得者。目前担任国际血管健康学会(International Society of Vascular Health,ISVH)执行委员会委员,国际血管健康学会中国分会主席,美国高血压学会院士(Fellow of American Society of Hypertension,FASH),中国医药教育协会血管医学专业委员会主任委员,中日医学科技交流协会心脏和血管医学专业委员会主任委员,中国心脏和血管健康学院院长,中央电视台纪录频道(CCTV-9)和《健康之路》栏目、北京电视台《健康北京》和《养生堂》栏目特邀专家,《中国循环杂志》等国内外多家专业杂志的编委。
