开心食品表给你一双慧眼(1)

为了让大家了解在何时吃什么食品最好,编者制作了一张表格(参见表3),在上面列出了能令人兴奋和令人镇静的常见食品。借助于它,你可根据自己的情绪状况亲自编排出你的食谱或者选择正确食品组合作为中间点心。
